For me : i think its some of the both. But firstly of course... the LOOK must be capable AND AA (attract attention) first... right? You have to realise his presence through looks first... then you will really want to take notice knw him what ? correct? Then maybe after knwing him... its probably its time to take notice about his characteristic.. which is the more important part ...

Look : Asian guys... with sparkle eyes... which really have to be big and lovely w/ double eye lids. Tall of cos.. and probably fit cos i will look "not-tht-fat" beside him (: nice nose and a sweet mouth will do. For Angmos.. fit, tall... dreamy eyes , tall nose and a sweet sunshine smile... just easily do their tricks. w/ not too good or bad complexion.

Characteristic : Understanding, Generous, Sweet , fun and lovely. NOT stingy , draggy and hot tempered. Cos me myself it alr THE.... so i really need a guy tht come overcome my temper. MOST MOST MOST MOST IMPORTANTLY ITS TRUST.
